Study of Lochinver
- Sutherland, Scotland (2002)
A theoretical and
analytical study of Lochinver using techniques derived from 'Locus' architecture
to study the embedded forces and tensions within the place and to understand
its language and 'spirit of place'.
From this analysis
a proposal was formulated using the acquired understanding of the inherent
forces of duality, tension, movement and centrality which have defined
the place throughout its history.
