House in Proastio - Mani , Greece (2008)

The plot of land is located just outside the village of Proastio on the road to the listed Byzantine monument of the church of Aghi Theodori . The house has been designed with special attention to local building materials and details to fit in with the local architecture. The two storey main house and the single storey studio/workshop share a central courtyard and swimming pool which are orientated towards the sea and the views.

The project is currently at the building permit stage.
