Renovation in Elaiohori - Mani, Greece (2012) This house used to be the kafeneio of the village and therefore has great social and historical value for the locals. The restoration took place in two phases, the first dealing with the restoration of the main house and the building of an additional bedroom/workshop and the second dealing with the landscaping, courtyard and guest bedroom utilities. Special emphasis has been given to the outdoor spaces which have a stunning view up the gorge to the Taygetos Mountains. Phase 1 of the project was completed in November 2008. Phase 2 was completed in January 2012. |
